BUYANG Group is a company specialized in manufacturing metal doors, especially stainless steel doors and brass doors. To guarantee high processing efficiency, they have the demand specifically for processing speed. On the other side, most of their finished doors are non-standard products, this means the laser machine needs to have a wide processing range, and processed door panels have to be featured with excellent surface smoothness without any scratch.
In order to improve the processing efficiency, we have developed 7015 fiber laser cutting machine on the basis of 6015 model. This modified model of laser cutting machine features a working area allowing for loading two pieces of standard-size door panel, thus significantly enhancing the production efficiency. The design of customized ball transfer unit greatly facilitates the loading and unloading process while preventing the metal door panels from being scratched.
