After receiving customer feedback or product drawings, we will conduct product proofing service and provide customer with product samples for their pre-approval. If the final product is confirmed by customer, then we will begin discussion about the transportation and installation scheme according to customer's site and working condition, as well as give customer answers to their concerns.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, our laser machines are offered with operating instructions and machine installation video to guide customers to install and operate machines. All laser equipment are debugged and commissioned by our seasoned technical engineers to guarantee the high efficiency performance of machine before shipping. Besides, we have foreign agents and representative offices in several countries and regions to deliver on-site installation & commissioning service and fast after-sales support.
We have a professional storage warehouse maintaining sufficient inventory of wearing parts and replacement parts. To help customer ensure high processing efficiency and minimum downtime, we will provide additional spare parts and wearing parts such as cutting nozzles, protective glass, ceramic rings, RF cables, etc.
